MOBILE RV REPAIR SERVICE RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
TRIP FEE: $1.25 PER KILOMETER
($30 MIN Excl. GST)
We charge an on-site service fee for our trip to you. The rate is $1.25 per kilometer, plus any toll fees (if applicable).
The minimum on-site trip fee is $30. We only charge for the trip to you not the return trip. The farther we have to travel, the higher the cost will be. If you come to us there are no trip fees applicable
We use Google Maps for the distance calculations and the following address for the starting point:

STANDARD RATE: $95 PER HOUR (Excl. GST)
The Standard Rate starts once we arrive at your location. The standard rate is $95 per hour, or part thereof. Minimum rate is one hour.
Standard Service/Task Rates can be quoted up front, with one caveat - access to the item is not obstructed. i.e. an annual absorption fridge service (in-situ - the fridge does not have to be removed to perform the service. Some RV's do not have access to the fridge for in-situ servicing, in these cases the flat rate, plus time taken to access the fridge will be charged) at the standard hourly rate.
All Solar Installation work will be quoted up front as the nature of the work is customised for each customer installation
On arrival at your location, we will take a few minutes to have you demonstrate the issue you have reported on so we are all on the same page and put a plan together to get it resolved. If we find other issues that come to our attention we will certainly point those out to you as well. Any items pointed out to you are for your awareness and we will not perform work on these unless requested by you. Any additional work requested will be quoted and charged accordingly. Our customers tend to appreciate when we bring things to their awareness to save on a future service call or provide insight and education from our years of working on these systems.

IF ACCESS TO YOUR RV IS HINDERED, UNSAFE OR NOT SUITABLE FOR US TO PERFORM THE WORK, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND WILL CHARGE THE TRIP FEE AND ANY TIME SPENT ON SITE.
